Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to our clients directly from our factory. There are countries where we are unable to deliver due to exclusive dealership. Write to us to check if your market is protected or not. This is important because we are also exporting under OEM and even if you do not see Freshtown brand in your market, we may not be able to supply due to our OEM/ODM protection Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Our delivery is within one month after order confirmation. This is due to our Production schedule being based on monthly planning. For your immediate delivery spot orders, please contact us to expedite production. We are still flexible on weekly basis.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
Credit Card is accepted only in Domestic Transactions.
We accept Telegraphic Transfer from abroad. If your purchase is bigger than $ 50,000.- a letter of Credit can be accepted.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
We follow international warranty conditions. All our products are subject to 1 year warranty from the date of arrival in your warehouse. Factory defects are covered for parts unless it is a major or serious defects. If you are a client of our distributors in overseas, we suggest you to contact our local distributors in respective countries.
Brand and Patent
The brand (La Copine) and patent are solely and exclusively the assets of Reeum Global Co., Ltd. Unless expressly stated, the rights of using, modifying brand or patents attributes to the company only. Regional Distributors or Distributors do not have right to modify our brand in any case. Unless otherwise previously agreed by separate agreement, unauthorized use of our Brand and/or patent is legally restricted and will constitute commerial liabilities.
